I have a sweet tooth for chocolate, absolutely love chocolate! And if you add peanut butter to that chocolate or mint, oh it's all over, I can not resist. Peanut butter and chocolate anything and mint chocolate chip ice cream or thin mint girl scout cookies and I'm in my sweet tooth heaven! However when I indulge on these sweet treats, after consumption, I become very upset with myself since I have a pretty white dress I need to look fabulous in, in just a few short months! So, over the past few months I have been working hard on trying to curb my cravings and find a more healthy alternative, so I can have my sweet treat, yet still be fit and thin on my big day! Today I will share one of my favorite go to sweet treats when Billy(the fiancé) is chowing down on a big bowl of ice cream.
Two ingredients! The wonderful Nutella and the creamy greek yogurt! This treat is only 200 calories! Just one 6 ounce serving of greek yogurt(equals 1/2 a cup and can be plain or vanilla, I have plain) And one table spoon serving of Nutella. Just mix it all together and you have a delightful low calorie treat! Best alternative to eating ice cream!
